Ethiopia Daye DECAF – MEDIUM ROAST

A natural process coffee from our partners at Keffa Coffee, by way of Ethiopia. The beans are decaffeinated by high pressure steaming with water and then hit with ultraviolet light to separate out caffeine compounds. With this process, there’s no need to worry about ingesting Methyl Chlorinate (MC) which is the traditional method of producing decaf coffee. This decaf starts with high quality beans, so the original flavor characteristics are retained. It’s perfect any way you prefer to brew… even for decaf espresso!
