These high quality beans were decaffeinated by soaking in ethyl acetate (an organic byproduct of the sugarcane process) to separate out caffeine compounds. With this process, there’s no need to worry about ingesting Methyl Chlorinate (MC) which is the traditional method of producing decaf coffee! This coffee is perfect any way you prefer to brew… even for decaf espresso!
