From Limmu District in Western Ethiopia comes this lot of certified organic, natural processed coffees.  Abdulwahid Sherif’s farm Kossa Geshe produced these wonderful beans, where they were then dried on raised beds in the warm east African sun. We taste lemon meringue and black tea right up front in the hot cup, and a dark chocolatey, balanced acidity as the cup cools. Such a drinkable light roast! This coffee is great brewed as a pourover or a fruit-forward espresso.
